NOTICE OF DISPOSITION OF COUNTY-OWNED PERSONAL PROPERTY PUBLIC ELECTRONIC AUCTION

Pursuant to N.C.G.S. 160A-270, the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners has authorized the County Manager to sell by electronic auction the personal property items identified at www.rogersauction.com and also listed at www.forsyth.cc and available in the office of the Clerk to the Board of County Commissioners.

The auction is scheduled to begin on www.rogersauction.com on May 20, 2024 and end on May 29, 2024. Prior to its sale, the property will remain in the Hall of Justice located at 200 North Main Street, Winston-Salem, N.C. Auctioneers will be onsite during a property preview on May 23, 2024, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. No appointment is necessary.
