NOTICE OF THE FORSYTH COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS’ MOTOR VEHICLE SURPLUS PROPERTY AUCTION

NOTICE is hereby given that the Forsyth County Board of Commissioners (Board) has declared certain county motor vehicles surplus property and has authorized their sale by public auction pursuant to provisions of N.C.G.S. 153A-176, N.C.G.S. 160A-266, N.C.G.S. 160A-270 and N.C.G.S 160A-267. The sale will be a simultaneous in-person and virtual public auction by Rogers Realty & Auction Company, Inc.

The upcoming sale will be conducted simultaneously live in-person and virtually on August 12, 2023. Online bidding will begin on August 01, 2023, and end on August 12, 2023. Specific items may be viewed at https://www.rogersauctiongroup.com. All purchased items must be removed from County premises no later than August 23, 2023.

Public inspection will occur on:
Thursday August 10, 2023 2:00pm- 4:00pm
Friday August 11, 2023 from 9:00am- 1:00pm
