Forsyth County Parks and Recreation is excited to introduce Flex Tennis as the new operator of the tennis courts at Tanglewood Park. The owner, Kevin Fleck, grew up in Statesville and frequently practiced at Tanglewood as a junior player. As a junior, Fleck was ranked #1 in North Carolina and #9 in the nation, earning him a four-year scholarship to Clemson University. After graduation, Fleck toured on the International Tennis Federation's Futures tour while also working at Hanes Park. Fleck's additional local experience includes years at both Salem College and Old Town Club. Describing the opportunity to manage the Tanglewood courts, Fleck said, "I couldn't ask for a better facility to operate out of. I always tell people Tanglewood is beautiful - it's like a private country club." Flex also manages the Hanes Park courts.
