Commissioners Consider Sale of Old Courthouse

Forsyth County Government has received an offer to purchase its Old Courthouse facility located at 11 West Third Street, Winston-Salem, N.C. for a historic renovation project. Interested parties are invited to view the public notice regarding the upset bid procedure. The official public notice will be published in the Winston-Salem Journal on February 13, 2012.
